Find that property
To select properties we need to find T1 or T2 land, with mentars, and with some Minimum Essence. Why does minimum Essence matter; it is because it will tell us that those properties were not drained by a player that must login to claim. We need to acquire a good number of properties where that owner does not login anymore to gather its E-Ther, resources and jewels.

This is the manual part of finding good potential properties to raid and fill up that CyDroid with E-Ther and get Red Energy in the process. Red Energy is used for feeding your Civilians and also to get a discount when you want to upgrade land tiers with Essence.
