Earth2 Tile Tier Explained

Earth2 offers three types of land tiers - T1, T2 and T3. All those tiers have different pricing, and are all player driven from buys and sells on the website—look for New Land Value or NVL to be informed of the value of your tiles. You can only trade land on Earth2 at the moment. Properties are - one or more tiles together—and can be of 750 maximums. But you can find higher count properties that are very rare now in the marketplace.

Tier 1: This type of tile was the first land released by Earth2 and was purchased on the map when Earth2 started to sell land in 2020. You can only purchase Tier 1 land from players in the marketplace. T1 land does have better E-Ther and Jewel generation daily. T1 land can also have promised Essence (EDC) when it was dropped in the past. T1 land is the only land having Class 1-5 which come from the amount of tile sold during that time before the introduction of Trier 2 land. The older land - the lower the class is. Consider T1C1 land to have been land purchased from very early players making that type land quite rare. You will also receive LIT when owning properties in a certain region where a small amount of E$ will shared between all owners when someone purchases new tiles near you. By owning T1 properties you will unlock referral code with 7.5% discount.

Tier 2: This type of land was the second tier introduced in Earth2. T2 tiles started at E$0.10 and quickly climb in price being purchased by players. Even if T2 properties are cheaper NLV - they do have great utility in Earth2. By owning T2 properties you will unlock referral code with 5% discount.

Tier 3: This is the most rounded player type right now - understanding the relationship between every elements of Earth2 - knowing Essence utility, Eth-er generation, Jewels, CyDroids for raiding and prospecting, Civilians to automate some of tasks, maintaining an involvement with community and megacities, gathering resources plot and specializing areas, understand logistics of properties and range, create a network of properties or shipping routes, look ahead to create value and purpose for your properties, and start to stockpiling everything for a great start side by side with the more veteran players.

• Base E-ther Evaporation: Unpredictable – extracted directly from the tiles by a semi-developed Mentar. Stable for 24 hours, disappears by 96 hours.
• Boosted E-ther Evaporation: Yes

• Discoverable Resources: Yes
• Accessible Resources: Restricted (22 Resources) D1 to D6
• Jewel Spawn: Minimal Random Spawn
• Jewel Slots: 3 Slots

• Raid Capabilities: Full

• Tier Purchasing Methods: Direct purchase within Player-released Territories from Earth 2 Map or P2P trading via the Marketplace.
• Tier Upgrading Methods: Upgradeable
• Land Classes: None
• E-ther Detection Capabilities: None. Spawns an underdeveloped Mentar called a SEED.
• Base E-ther Evaporation: None
• Boosted E-ther Evaporation: Yes – Stable for 24 hours, disappears by 96 hours.
• Ether to Essence Conversion: Yes
• Discoverable Resources: Yes
• Accessible Resources: Inaccessible
• Jewel Spawn: No Spawn
• Jewel Slots: 0 Slots
• Cydroid Tethering: Yes
• Cydroid Build Capabilities: No
• Raid Capabilities: Restricted based on target property size and Cydroid Rarity.

Since Earth2 is not done yet, this section will evolve over time. I am sure Earth2 players have other strategies in their mind while using Earth2—do not hesitate to ask in Earth2 Discord what we think.

Short Term:

• Buying / selling / flipping T1, T2, T3 tiles for profit
• Buy T3 land when the country open near E$0.10
• Look for T1C1 cheap land to flip and add EPL, CyDroids, add holobuilding up to 1,000m³ and Civilians then resell higher
• Buy Specific Megacity properties for raiding

Long Term:

• Buy T1 properties for Jewel stacking
• Buy T2 properties in cheaper areas for upgrading to T1 later
• Buy T1 properties for rare resources from D7 to D9
• Buy T3 properties for making your Megacity project or expand an existing one
• Buy T1 properties for registering EPLs you might need or to resell later
